MCL-11809Connection Issue
I recently just bought Minecraft and the first attempt of opening the launcher, the status of my connection is not connected despite the ethernet cable being connected or even if I take it out (still connected to the wifi) it still won't connect. Not quite sure what's going on. I've clicked refresh many times with both the ethernet cable and without it. Thus, attempt number two on the next day and it still is not connected. Is there any way you can help me connect? (Attached is the launcher log dragged from my files.)

It's been 4 days since I've submitted the ticket and haven't heard back. Thus, I tried redownloading it, but to uninstall properly, I think you'd have to refund the game. However, I'd still like to play Minecraft online, but if I can't connect, I won't be able to play. I tried to click Download again and there was an option to repair. I tried the repair option as that was the only option available as I still have the Minecraft Launcher downloaded, and as I clicked onto Minecraft, it started to update the files and repair it. However, the connection is still not available and I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I have maybe 9 days to refund the game due to your return policy as the only option for me to play, is in it's offline mode. Is there any type of status update or any type of information you can give me or to anyone else going through connection issues? That's all I ask, I don't mind waiting I just need some sort of update on anything. Please, and thank you.
