MCL-12677Minecon Capes Not Working in Launcher
In the Minecraft Launcher skins tab, upon selecting a skin with a Minecon cape enabled, an error will appear: "Unable to activate skin". This happens after selecting a skin without the cape option enabled, and then attempting to use another skin (or the same skin) with the cape option enabled. Capes cannot be re-enabled, even on the Minecraft.net website.
