Whenever I want to open the game it says that it's already running the game (but it isn't) and when i open it anyway it appears a window that says (FML Early Loading Progress) and it doesn't open anything else even if I restart the game or even the computer. Please help me out with this situation or tell me what to do

My Java version is the 1.15.2 and I play with forge (of the same version)

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
