I can't add any modified versions of Minecraft, like Optifine and Fabric, and if i don't use Fabric i can't play, cause Sodium makes a big performance enhancing on my game.

MCL-15788. There is a new "Modded" versions check box in the installations section on the top right (next to the releases, snapshots, and historical versions check boxes). By default, the modded check box is disabled, which is why those versions do not show up in the version selector.Please check "Modded" as a filter in the Installations tab. This will enable listing modded installations across the launcher.
