MCL-219821.19.2 update unavailable for windows PC
Hello! I love Minecraft, but am currently unable to find/update Minecraft for Windows (launcher/Java/and windows) to the 1.19.2 version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game from Microsoft store, your website, and steam as well as restarting computer multiple times. Attached is a screenshot of the game not being updated, and Microsoft not being able to find the update weeks after its release. I am stuck on 1.19.1.
Environment
all platforms including Java, Windows Bedrock, and the Launcher for PC.

1.19.2 is not currently out. The latest update/snapshot as of writing this is 1.19.1 pre 4
How can I play with a friend who's Xbox one console has a Minecraft update for 1.19.2 then? It keeps giving me an error that i am on a outdated server compared to theirs and won't let me join since the server/update names are different
Bedrock Edition is on version 1.19.20, but that's just a difference in version naming rather than 1.19.2 being released.
It's not letting me join their world on multiplayer though since the names are different. How do I (windows/bedrock) play in their world (Xbox/bedrock)
I added 3 screenshots regarding the error messages I receive when joining the bedrock world (on xbox 1.19.2) as a bedrock player on windows on 1.19.1. I have been invited to game and tried joining it, both attempts generate the attached error messages. Is windows bedrock and xbox bedrock versions multiplayer incompatible now?
