Whenever I'm trying to download the launcher from the Microsoft store it is not showing any response so as to like the link doesn't even exist. And sometimes showing that

Please contact Mojang Support for assistance and refer to this ticket by providing a link.
I can also suggest these solutions:
Install Xbox app, Xbox companion and Xbox identity provider.
Please go to Apps (apps & features) in Windows settings, click each app (Xbox app, Ms store, Xbox companion) then click advanced options, and then click on each one, 'Terminate' and 'Reset', then restart your computer.
Sign out of all your Windows/Xbox apps and sign again with the same account.
Please also try to install Launcher from minecraft.net website.
