I'm not sure I understand you correctly.
You had only Java and no bedrock before?
Do you have Gamepass?
Under what circumstances did this occur?

I only had Java and there was no Gamepass, but after I bought a new computer and installed a new Minecraft launcher, Java and BedRock changed
