MCL-22775Can't launch the game after already launching the game once
You can't launch any version of Minecraft from the launcher if you've already launched a version of Minecraft once with the launcher with "Keep the Launcher open while games are running" ticked. If you try to launch any version of Minecraft from the launcher the loading bar will stay like that forever and you need to close the launcher and open it back up to launch any version of Minecraft from the launcher

1: It's happening for me on Windows 10 version of the launcher
2: Yes I am
3: Yes I have
4: Yes they are
5: I'm not sure how much is enough but I have 15 gigs left
6: Yes I have
7: No they aren't
8: I have done that plenty of times and it hadn't fixed the issue
9: No I don't
10: Have "Keep the Launcher open while games are running" ticked, Launch any version of Minecraft (Preferably Java), Play for 20-30 minutes, Close Minecraft, Then try to launch Minecraft again. It might not happen on every device but it is happening for me

I would like to mark this bug report as INVALID. This used to happen on a older version of the launcher but was fixed in the most recent version
