I came across an error while trying to start the game after downloading the Launcher.
"Unable to download the file. Name: 1.19.3.jar URL: https://piston-data.mojang.com/v1/objects/977727ec9ab8b4631e5c12839f064092f17663f8/client.jar File name on disk: 1.19.3.jar Path: my pc path
Exists: Nonexistent"
Launcher_log.txt will contain the full error.

Please contact Mojang Support for assistance and refer to this ticket by providing a link.
I can also suggest these solutions:
Install Xbox app, Xbox companion and Xbox identity provider.
Update JDK Java/Downgrade Java.
Uninstall the Launcher, delete .minecraft folder (copy its content elsewhere before deletion) and then reinstall, restart your computer. Then please try to boot the Launcher.
Please also try to install Launcher from minecraft.net website.
