When attempting to sign in with a Microsoft account, the login window appears broken, and clicking the buttons or links does nothing. The issue does not occur on Windows.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start the Minecraft launcher while logged out
- Select 'Microsoft Login'
- Attempt to log in

This should only occur when the JavaScript and CSS files are unable to be loaded. Is your internet connection stable?

Are you a new user of the Launcher or longtime user and it happened to you first time?
Do you have any antivirus installed?
Do you have any other user accounts? Does this issue occur there too?

Also uninstall the Launcher, delete .minecraft folder (copy its content elsewhere before deletion) and then reinstall, restart your computer. Then please try to boot the Launcher.
