Skins with capes sometimes disappear.
Skins with capes sometimes disappear, but restarting the launcher fixes the issue. I encountered this bug on Windows 11 and don't know if it effects Windows 10.

I couldn't recreate it to screenshot it, next time it happens I will record it. It seems to happen when I change the skin file or create a new skin, but dose not aways happen.
What happens is all the skins with capes disappear from the skin selector, and if your currant skin has a cape it isn't rendered.
