MCL-24035I cant log into Minecraft Launcher
So i can't log to Minecraft Laucher like i pay for Minecraft Premium i don't wanna lose money
And i defienietely entered right password like if i logged to Unity Hub on same E-mail and Password
Also if i entered Minecraft Launcher my account has been not logged in and always if i entered launcher i have been logged in

Are you using the same account you are signed in your Microsoft store/Xbox app?
Did you try to download and install win7/8 version of the Launcher?
Are you sure you bought Minecraft on the account you are using?
