MCL-24832I can't play the game
I bought the game both Java and Bedrock on my xbox consle but now when I come here to play on pc, it does not let me play, where the button for play should be is a BUY button. I also checked the account and it was the same, and also I can play the game fine on xbox. I really don't know what to do.

Minecraft can be played cross-platform, but is licensed separately for each platform, so you'll actually need to buy the PC version of Minecraft to play it on PC.
