MCL-33071.8 Grey Flickering. Play Screen/HUD/Item Interface/Esc Interface

What I expected to happen was...:
Minecraft would play bug free on my new laptop.
What actually happened was...:
There were dark grey flickers and lines. On my screen. Typically followed
by movement.
Parts of items held would vanish and reappear within a second.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open, Launch, and Start Minecraft.
2. Join Multiplayer Server
3. Play Minecraft as normal. The bug occurs indefinitely.

Upon further investigation, I noticed that if I looked at certain pixels on a block the screen would flicker or make sections of my screen a blank grey. These certain pixels are randomized.
Update: I downloaded and installed Java 64-bit. The situation still persists.
Broken Intel graphics drivers.
