Dont know if this is new but.... 
When i was using version 1.8 i just had to click on a bloack and then click my hotbar and it would be there but now i am having to drag it, also i cannot shift click the delete button and all the items will be gone. and i have to drag blocks into empty spaces to be rid pf them

This is not an issue of Minecraft Launcher.
Besides that: Your version of Minecraft is no longer supported. We are currently only accepting bugs found in the official release 1.9.2.
sorry but when i filled out the bug form it didnt have 1.9 .2 which is my version so i clicked on the first one that was there. and im sorry that i posted an invalid report
