The music and jukeboxes do not work even with the volume turned all the way up on iPad version 13.5.1 and IPhone 8 Plus. I would appreciate if someone looks into this it would be most appreciated.

This is a duplicate of
MCPE-41651. If you want music in the mobile editions of the game, you need to download the music pack from the Minecraft marketplace (it's free).Have you downloaded the free music pack from the Marketplace?
