When I'm walking around in my world, there are some chunks that aren't rendered and it's really annoying

Villager floating, create new world very long, chunk not rendered
When the villager slept on the bed, when I pushed him away he floated through the block and when I smashed the bed the villager came back.
When I created a new world it took a long time, like 2-3 minutes.
And when I'm walking around in my world, there are some chunks that aren't rendered and it's really annoying

When
