MCPE-116141Wall geometry doesn't update instantly
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place any wall block;
- Place another wall next to it.
Observed Results:
The newly placed wall will already have the updated geometry from the beginning, while the other wall will take longer to update.
Expected Results:
The wall's geometry gets updated instantly, at the same time as the newly placed one.

Notes: This has been an issue since the Nether Update.
