MCPE-117171End Dragon Egg didn't Appear
After killing the End Dragon for the third time only thing that had drop was the xp.
No egg appeared on top of the fountain. We've check the original spawn location and all over The End with no luck of finding it.

The dragon egg should only spawn after the first kill of the enderdragon. The second time the dragon egg fell out by mistake MCPE-51345.
