Weird Graphical Bug.
I was switching from the internet to MCPE with MCPE already open on one of my creative worlds when this weird glitch happened. I was in an ice spikes biome while it was snowing. I am on the latest release ( 0.13.1) and wasn't using a keyboard or a controller. If I left out any information let me know and I will send it if I can.

I am using an RCA 11 Mven Pro Sorry I ment to include that in the report.
Maven not Mven
Sorry about the typo.
It looks like the texture was overwritten with other memory, or Minecraft is reading the texture from the wrong section of memory. This sort of thing tends to be a bug with a driver since it happened when switching from one OpenGL context to another. If you can't reproduce it again, then it's likely just a driver bug, but if you can reproduce it again, then it may be a bug with MCPE.
ok thats maybe are GPU problem ok try to turn off (Fancy Graphics) in game options if nothing happening try go to Developer options in your tablet ,than (turn on 4x MSAA) if nothing happening i really don't know maybe you have bad graphics card :/
(dont forget to turn of 4x MSAA)
The graphics are perfectly fine now I just had to close MCPE and reopen it.
