MCPE-124703Noisy pixels display under player head for character creator skins
Noisy pixels will randomly appear on the underside of the player's head if they use a character creator skin. The orientation of the noise is different when the player blinks as well. This issue only occurs around every other time that I open Minecraft, and will persist until closing.
