Step 2: Type Negative 1 as Dimension Id in Universal Minecraft Editor.
Strp 3: Type 3 As Dimension Id.
Step 4: Type 2 and 1.
Step 5: Repeat.
Observed Result: Dimensions Ids Dont Match Java.
Expected Result: Dimension Ids Should Match Java.

Yes this is a parity issue but when is this registered as 1.14.0 and below
