In Bedrock Beta 1.18.20.27 spawning rules were changed so that "cows, pigs, chickens, and sheep no longer spawn in cold taiga biomes". However, in Java Edition (1.18.2 and 22w11a), they still spawn in that biome. But, in Java Edition it was resolved as "Works As Intended"(MC-249305).
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new world
- Find a Snowy Taiga biome
- Try to find the four animals mentioned above (cows, pigs, chickens, sheep)

It's recommended to travel around the biome on Creative mode due to fact - Iced/Snowy Taiga is populated by Wolves and Polar Foxes who hunts farm animals.
There are no repro of this bug on our side even on your world that you attached.
