MCPE-159346Gui scale is smaller and can't make it bigger
I opened the game after three days off no playing and i found the gui scale smaller than before and i can't make it bigger. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but it still the same. I play minecraft on Samsung Galaxy A50.
I've attached three screenshots one with the gui how it was before the problem and the other two with the gui how it looks now.
I don't remember what value the gui scale had before so i attach a screenshot of the current value.

What do you have the GUI scale set to, and what value are you trying to change it to?

I've upgaded it. Let me know if you need other iformation.
Did you perhaps play with Pocket UI on? Or did you try to change touch safe area? The settings probably reset after update.
No i play with classic ui and i didn't change the setting safe area
Same happened to me, when I was kicked out of my friend's world and after returning to menu GUI scale was smaller and in the setting maximum size I could choose was "0".
My phone: Google Pixel 7. Android 13.
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?

This happens with me as well on a Samsung Galaxy A73
GUI Scale '0' is always smaller than what it should be .. this was always the case for me on my phone...
Yet if i start minecraft with the Toolbox app it gets the GUI Scale right as it should be..
Since the Minecraft app gets it wrong while the Toolbox app gets it right i felt like maybe there is something in the settings inside the phone that I could change... I found nothing that could help... even the developer options had nothing
The issue appears to be no longer reproducing for other players, since the ticket was not updated recently (last update was in March this year). Is this still an issue?
I could not reproduce after a while of casual play, around an hour. No idea why the bug happens.
