You will see that the sheep only drops 1 wool and 1 mutton but it's supposed to drop 1 wool and 1-2 mutton.

Yep this is a bug, on the PC version the sheep drops 1-2 mutton. Confirmed on Sony Xperia Z3
This is not a bug, drop rates are not consistent between PC and PE.
