Hooper Minecart dosen't collect playing music discs from a juke box
The Java Edition has recently added a function from Bedrock: the possibilty of jukebox to work with hoppers, where an hopper if placed above can put a music disc in it, while if placed below the jukebox it can take out the music disc only when the song ends.
This works the same as Bedrock Edition, but Java has one more function that break parity: hopper minecarts can take out a disc early from the jukebox, instead of waiting for the song to end. This is not the case on Bedrock Edition.
How to reproduce
- Place a jukebox mid-air
- Insert a disc in the jukebox
- Under the juke box place a rail and than an hopper minecart
Observed result
- The song is still playing and the music disc is not collected by the hopper minecart.
Expected result
- The song stop and the music disc is collected by the hopper minecart.
