When you trying to unlocking crafter recipe it won’t showing up, both by collecting material or unlocking with command won’t work.

Crafter recipe doesn’t show the recipe toast notification
When you trying to unlocking crafter recipe it won’t showing up as the picture below.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Type /recipe give or take @s
- Summon 4 Iron golem and 4 cats
- Kill it using the sword enchanted with looting and observe the loot that it drops upon death
Observed Results:
- Kill 4 cats doesn't increase string drop, only drops max 2 strings
- Iron Golem doesn't increase Iron Ingot and Poppy
Expected Results:
Both cat and iron golem drops would be affected by the looting enchantment.
