MCPE-178114Skins not working
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft Bedrock.
2. Go to the Dressing Room.
3. Delete a skin.
4. Try changing the skin to see if it crashes.
What happens is the game crashes unexpectedly for some unknown reason.
What is supposed to happen is that it creates a new skin.
