Desync After Crash Causing Loss of Items
After the most recent update I've been crashing more. When I do, there are desync issues. If I take something out of a chest then crash, it will remember I've taken the item out but does not register the items in my inventory or the chest it gets put into, resulting in the items getting lost. This also happened with breaking shulkers and putting them in a chest (losing an ender chest worth of stuff) and I even lost items by dying, then crashing, and the items were no longer on the ground even though it was far less than five minutes by the time I returned. There wasn't even exp orbs, which is what made me certain it was part of the desync.
I know there is the lag bug being tracked at MCPE-175116, but I have not actually experienced any lag and that bug does not mention any desync issues. This bug is virtually game breaking, as I'm losing days of progress faster than I can get the items back with the rate of crashing. It happens every few hours despite not leaving my base and my base not currently having any redstone heavy contraptions or otherwise being a cause of lag.

Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Invalid for the bug tracker.
Crashes such as these are logged automatically by the game or server and investigated further by the development team internally, so they are not generally kept on the bug tracker.
Based on your description, I would try reinstalling the game after backing up my worlds.
If you can provide a list of steps that someone else can follow to consistently reproduce a crash then feel free to create a new report. Please be sure to always search for duplicates before creating any new report. Please see the Bug Tracker Guidelines for more information.
