MCPE-187369"/time set night" command sets the time to afternoon instead of night.
I am encountered an issue with minecraft game that the command: /time set night
Not making the time to night and the time set to afternoon as the sun is on up forever and never changes without using command
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1- Create a World in 1.21.50.20 Beta in Creative
Step 2- Use '/time set night' command
I expect for a time change to night but,
The time set to evening and then time lock
Only '/time set midnight' command is working to change time to night

Did you mean "/time set night"? "/time set night" still works for me, even on 1.21.50.20, and there are no mentions of "/set time" in the changelog.

It set to evening not to night
(Note- I'm not using Lock Time)
TEENTITANSGONE , Sorry for confusion because of the summary, the image you've provided and swapping places of "time" and "set" when setting to night.
But hey at least I can see what you've been trying to say, the sky is not dark enough to be in night.

Exactly what I want to say
To change time, you need to use the /time set ... command, not /set time ....
/time set night will set the time to 13000 gameticks, which is just after sunset, so it will probably not be completely dark.
/time set midnight will set to 24000 gameticks.
Please avoid phrases like "not working" as it is not clear what you mean. Just say what happens and what is expected.

Sorry but that was a typo
I have used from the command menu,which can never be wrong.
After sending the command
Game showed the message that the time is changed
It is still unclear what you actually think is "not working"?
/time set night should set the time to "evening" (just after sunset).
Is it doing something different for you?
Are you using any non-default settings other than Creative?

I can't reproduce this issue in 1.21.50.22. Does this issue persist after exiting and loading back into the game? If so, could you please attach or give a link to a copy of your world?

It doesn't set to night but to midnight when used the /time set midnight Command.
Sorry but I have deleted the game from the Oppo K10 mobile.
