MCPE-19323In version 1.0.0, the height limit was changed to 256. That is not true in the Nether. The height limit hasn't been changed
This was figured when I was trying to get a flat area that couldn't explode. I chose bedrock. When I started, it just said,"The height limit for building is 128 blocks".
