MCPE-19331In Somewhere dark placed Glass Block or Glass pane below the Ender Crystal blinks causing much lag
Steps to Reproduce
1.In some dark place place the Crystal Ender on top of an Obsidian or Bedrock
2. Break to obsidian or bedrock and place a Glass Block or Glass Pane
3.You will see that the Glass Block or Glass Pane will start to blink causing much Lag

My test: I followed your report steps with night vision for visibility and found that I could not replicate this bug
