MCPE-19485Blocks don't properly update
During the new update, I've encountered some major issues that will need to be fixed. According to what I previously known, the blocks do not properly update, which leads to vines not breaking and portals not activating.
There is also another bug (unknown if it is caused by the same bug) that makes beds not properly render when playing on multiplayer.
