MCPE-19927Horse Lock Rider Rotation Won't Respond For Several Seconds After Mounting
When I mount a horse (especially in shallow water) the horse will not follow my rotation of vision for several seconds. This means I cannot turn my horse for multiple seconds after mounting it, making quick getaways rather complicated.

Is it the same as this one:
MCPE-17021? Sounds similar but I wasn't sure based on the description.It's similar except it didn't get better at 1.0. Actually, that's when it started.
