When I kill all entities (/kill @e) the game crashes and when i go back in the game there is a slight chance that I end up loosing all resources that I gathered

Using the /kill @e command
I came to use the /kill @e command to kill all entited in world but everytime i use it the gane crashes and i loose all stuf that not onlt i been building but other players that are in my world as well this has happend quite a phew times now and its really makes me well it triggers me to say the least please fix this if possible in the next update
