For helping us help you, first, is the testforblock command typed or placed into a command block?
Next, is there any other command blocks being chained with it?
Finally, can you provide a world download that shows the setup? Recreate problem part in a flatworld then Save & Quit before triggering the crash. Backup that new flatworld as we'll need it if it crashes again. Go back into world and test if it crashes. If so, upload the backup as a .zip file or an .mcworld file.
