MCPE-25213Unable to join realm
Hello,
I used my account (xnatti) to start a 10 user 30 day trial of REALMS so other members of the family and some friends can play together on their tablets and windows-10.
I've invited two friends, Skoppari and SunnevaJ to my realm.
They get the invitation, and if they click the envelope in-game we see the offer in new realmks memberships.
However, neither is able to accept the offer.
When we click the green checkmark, it just makes a click-noise but nothing happens.
No matter how often we try or if we leave it like this for hours.
However, if we press the red X then we see a text saying declined, and the realm offer is removed.
We've tried this on two different ipads (mini and ipad2) with same results.
I thought that this might be an issue with the iOS versions, so I downloaded minecraft to my windows-10 machine, and logged in there with SunnevaJ account.
We then tried to accept the realm invitation there, but the results are the same, nothing happens when we click the accept/green checkmark.
We've tried sending the invite multiple times for testing, and it's always the same issue.
I tried contacting mojang support, but Jonny H said the Help Center can only help with billing issues and pointed me to here.
Any help in solving this would be greatly appreciated.
Alternatively, if this is a client side bug, would you be able to manually "accept" the invitations somehow behind the scenes for SunnevaJ and Skoppari to xnatti's realm so the 3 of us can start playing together in the realm?

Have you tried logging into another device to see if you can accept the invitation there?
I have the same issue. Have tried to log in in multiple iPads and iPhones, and have also tried deleting/reinstalling MCPE. No success.
@Mega_Spud - I've tried 3 different ipads (ipad mini, ipad2, ipad air2, two of them were running the latest iOS available, and a windows 10 machine.
The decline button works fine in all instances, the accept button does never work.

Im working as client-side developer @Mojang. We will investigate this further. Meanwhile i have asked one of our service-side developers for realms if he can manually add your friends to your realm.

For others experiencing this issue, it would be valuable for us to know when this issue started to occur. I.e. has this been an issue for long time, or something that just started to happen recently
Hi,
My realm now shows up in my friends client, they still have the invitation though.
But they are unable to join the realm, now they get an error stating "Failed attempting to join realm. Please try again later."
When we press the realm button, the purple "Realms - This may take a few moments" screen shows for a very short tine, 1-2 seconds, and then we get the error.
I'm attaching photos of this to the case so you can see.
It was recent for me but I'm not sure how recent - hadn't tried to add a new member for several months until this past weekend.
If you're adding realm members manually would it be possible to add LBobarry and FollyGrl to mine (Br0wneyedg1rl88)? Thanks!
Hi, I we tested again now, and SunnevaJ character was able to join the realm, and everything worked. Will test further tomorrow and the other account as well.
We have made some updates that might solve this issue. LeAnn can you please try again to invite your friends and let me know if it works now

Sometimes when i join someone realm it says unable to connect
