When I create a new World with the seed -1, I just get a Random seed, and -1 used to work, but not anymore!

Minecraft fills in seed numbers for you if you just do "-1" such as the seed FINAL where the seed is actually 66898262 but FINAL works just as well. In short Minecraft substitutes numbers for you, Im pretty sure though that putting "-1" will give you the same seed every time!
