Hitting invisible barriers while riding horses and after riding horses.
While in the realm any player who rides a horse will end up hitting an invisible barrier. After hitting it some mobs become invisible as well and can kill you. If you ride a horse and get off you can still hit the barrier just running around. The only way to get back to normal game play is to log off for a few minutes and then log back in.
