MCPE-44194The villagers' trade is incomplete
I don't know if it is a bug, but when an armor villager and tools villager, as well as weapon villager, only give you half a set of armor or a hoe and a shovel, it will make you to spend more time to develop more villagers to piece together a complete transaction, and often will encounter repeated transactions, hopes to have a complete villagers trade

Works as intended. All professions have various different trades, and they are randomly chosen.
so your saying a armorer villager may only give you a pair of legging and a chestplate? if so its working as intended
It is intentional.
will......i just hope they can be the same as java edition,in java they have a complete trading...
