Librarian Villagers are not showing the enchantments they give on their traded books, unless you already trade for that book, which will make your villager Librarian forever (unless you make him lvl 5) (and I don't know why I can't upload a screenshot to proof this)

However, this issue is a Duplicate of
MCPE-51311.That ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game, you can check the Fix Version/s field in that ticket to learn more.
