Villager Enchanted Book Trade
Librarian Villagers used to have a button below an enchanted book trade to show what enchantment the book has. It's now gone in the newest beta and there is no way of knowing the enchantment in touch-screen devices.

However, this issue is a Duplicate of MCPE-51311.
That ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game, you can check the Fix Version/s field in that ticket to learn more.
