MCPE-55182Can't play Minecraft because It says "You're selected skin is still loading" and never actually loads.
When I go into Minecraft I can't go into a server or world because it says "You're selected skin is still loading" and it never loads in. (I'm not quite sure which type of Minecraft it is because all it says is "Minecraft".)

Really, I didn't think it was.
I just figured it out. I fixed it by using a different skin then going and equipping the skin you want.
