Skins never load since the new customizer update, so no skins can be selected. Worlds of any type cannot be joined until the skins load, which does not happen. Xbox One Bedrock 1.13, game license from disc. Consistent and recurring problem.

Skin never loads, unable to launch any existing world, Unable to change skin or create new player with different skin. Any fix for this?
I am having this exact same issue. I just played the game 12 hours ago, even though I was having this load issue intermittently. Now, skins will not load in any form on any screen. This is a massive bug that prevents people from playing the game at all. Mojang, do not release "updates with bug fixes" if you are going to create game-breaking bugs that make it unplayable.
