MCPE-55537Items are completely stuck in my inventory/hotbar
When I try placing, throwing or even moving the Bell and sometimes the Milk Bucket, it literally won't even move from the hotbar or inventory, it's completely stuck and I tried playing locally to see if it was a lag error but it's not, so it's rendered these items virtually impossible to remove and forever stuck in my hotbar.

I have this same issue but is with a realms server (my own) and it is the Bell item.
Oh thank goodness it's not just me. That's literally the same thing that's happening to me. Could you try th milk bucket too? Because that's also buggy for me as well. I uploaded both videos.
Yep, bedrock here. Have a bell completely stuck in my inventory. Shift click shoots it out for a split second but then it comes right back. And if I click and hold, there's a green bar that fills out above it. No idea what the hell that is. But then, I'm rather new.

On review, the milk issue was better described by
MCPE-54623, so I have relinked these issues.I am no longer able to reproduce these issues in 1.14.1. Is anybody still experiencing these bugs?
