Fortune not working
I had been playing cross-platform survival mode with a few friends that play xbox. I had previously mined diamonds with a silk touch pick to bring them home for when I could get a new fortune pickaxe. When the time had come to mine them, I had only got one diamond from each. I thought this could be due to my pick being netherite and it just being buggy because its new, but when I went into creative and tested with both a netherite and a diamond pickaxe the same thing happened. I only received one diamond per ore.
p.s. also tried mining emerald ore in survival for the same results
p.p.s when searching I could only find an outdated issue like this so sorry if its been previously posted

I think a couple other people have reported this already, this is the issue that is being tracked i believe:
