For some reason, when I try to smelt gold ore on a furnace, it is not able to be smelted, so I'm stuck with a useless ore.

We're actually already tracking this issue under
MCPE-68978so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate.If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated.
Please don't forget to use the search feature before submitting a bug to see if it has already been reported. The less time we spend linking duplicates means more time testing and confirming the bugs.

I know, I had seen it, I just felt that if I had reported it in top of the others, it would be recognised quicker and fixed quicker. I'm someone who theorises quite a lot

MCPE-68978Always better to vote (and comment if have useful info) on an existing report. Having duplicate reports wastes a lot of time and actually dilutes the focus, making it less likely that a some bugs will get noticed.
