Fortune 3 doesnt provide extra resources from ores that at it normally works on. This happened in silentwhispers video on youtube (bedrock beta glitches) and has also happened to me when mining diamonds and other ores.

Not only is fortune 3 not working. Fortune is 1,2 and 3 is not working for shovels, axes and pickaxes.
