MCPE-70101On Android as far as I can see, you are not receiving notification of achievements or invitations to enter a world. (I see this problem on the iPhone as normal.)
There is no notification of achievements, let alone invitations to play multiplayer. At the moment this problem is only present in the Minecraft Bedrock Edition version of Android.

I don't understand why you put it resolved to be not, let alone why you say that duplicate being others do not have the same information and they are all different.

Stop attaching to others and the problem still persists in official and beta versions of Android.
"achievement notification doesn't pop up" is the same thing as "not receiving notification of achievement" and "i do not receive invitations to play multiplayer" is the same issue as "i do not receive an invite every time someone sends me an invite to their world". Platform "multiple" includes other editions in addition to android, so it is the same bug but also occurs on other platforms
The bug is marked as a duplicate because the staff only need one bug report to understand the issue, gather information and fix the issue - having many bug reports is not helpful for this. You can ask certain staff on the progress of the bug, but repeatedly saying the bug still exists is not helpful as it takes time to fix the many bugs in the game and some may be considered lower priority/harder to fix
