MCPE-71746The fortune enchantment does not have an effect.
I generated a new world running on 1.16.0.55. I am unaware if this issue is taking place on that version. However, it is taking place on both 1.16.0.57 & 1.16.0.58. I used a fully powered enchantment table (2 rows of three bookshelves surrounding the enchantment table with a one-block radius in between [see the attached image]) to enchant my diamond pickaxe with unbreaking 3. Additionally, the pickaxe was enchanted with fortune 3 and efficiency 4. I know that the efficiency 4 effects were in place because of the obvious speed difference when mining blocks. The fortune effect does not do anything.
